Dutch Craxi gouda farm cheese is a treat. Cheese from raw milk develops a more varied and intense flavour than cheese from pasteurised milk!
We make authentic gouda as it has been made on cheese farms in the Netherlands for centuries.
Craxi gouda is still made from raw cow’s milk on the cheese farm in the Netherlands. The daily fresh milk comes from the farm’s own cows. This traditionally made gouda from raw milk is designated by the European Union as a guaranteed traditional speciality.

- 12 kg gouda wheel in whole or in a freshly cut part, matured for 2 – 6 – 12 and 24 months.
- 12 kg gouda wheel with cumin or fenugreek in whole or in a freshly cut part, matured for 4 – 5 months.
