Below you will find Craxi gouda cheese’s refund or return policy. If you have any further questions, you can always reach us via the contact form on the website.
If you are not satisfied with your cheese order, please contact us directly via the contact form and let us know the reason why you are not satisfied!
Our customer service team will handle your complaint and upon approval by our customer service team, you will immediately return the cheese order to the address we have provided.
To be eligible for a return, your cheese order must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The cheese must be in its original packaging and the vacuum packaging must not have been opened.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the cheese order to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and we inspected the cheese, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned cheese. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
